Anahita,	Impeccable service I was somewhat hesitant about making my first order with CanadaOnCanvas a 6ft x 4ft giclee. However, the service was impeccable and the print quality is superb. I am delighted, and will be placing many more orders! Miuchael Matthews, Powell River	the frame looks good but... Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works Jejoo,	How pleased I am.. I received my order and I just wanted to send a note and tell you how pleased I am with it! It is gorgeous- it turned out WAY better than I expected! I am so sorry for the earlier miscommunication we had, and if you would have me as a customer I would definitely use your services again in the future. Thank you so much.
