I just received the canvas prints and wanted to let you know how pleased I am with them! They turned out even better than I had hoped too. I received the new frame last Friday and got around to framing my art last night, the fit was great. I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to make the situation right.

I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this.
