impressive quality but... Overall the quality of my print was impressive, however there are a few small areas that have white marks where the gloss adhered to the backing of the canvas as it was rolled for shipping. I suspect this was due to haste and do not fault keenart entirely for their eagerness to ship my order although as the image is now I am reluctant to hang it on the wall. There is also a scratch approximately 3cm on the right side of the image that is rather unsightly.

Within a few hours - I had an email from Cynthia advising the resolution wasn\'t good enough to see if I had another file, to offer alternatives if not. I ended up switching to a better photo.

Nasim, | impressed ... Just wanted to let your company know how impressed my husband and I were with your quality. We received our 24X36 (i think it was) wedding portrait and were so overwhelmed with how great the product looked (much better than the original photo) as well as the quickness it came.
