KeenART:
This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. If you have any further questions on this please give us a call or reply email.
Trini, | Excellent service Excellent service and the best quality printing I\'ve received from quite a number of \"fine art\" printers. The best part was that the staff had my order ready the day after I ordered. Unbelievable to get one-day turn around!!
I\'ll be ordering a lot more digital artwork printing.
