the frame looks good but... Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works Jejoo,	She loves the finished product I just wanted to say that I received the revised canvas print of the collage yesterday and it looks incredible! My girlfriend loves the finished product. Thank-you so much for all your help and your amazing customer service. The amount of appreciation for an individual customer's needs that you have is simply astounding. I will definitely be a returning customer for future printing needs. Quick turn around time ordered on Dec 14th, received an email to clarify info on the 15th (happy to receive email as I was unsure about size so this communication put my mind at ease) and received email stating it was in transit with Canada Post the next day. You did a wonderful job with the enlargement of the photo to canvas. The only problem that I have is with the packaging. Given the fact that there was no stabilizing of the picture within the box, I consider myself lucky that the canvas arrived unblemished. I realize that we were not paying for the shipping but I would gladly have an extra $5 tacked on to the price if it meant that we would have bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts insulating the canvas within the box. But the picture did arrive in pristine condition nevertheless and we are delighted with the final result.
